Sandra Ballester offers personal therapy and stress management at Stress Free Norwich. She is also a psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist.
Sandra first began using the Autogenic Technique for her own benefit in 1999. She went on to train as an Autogenic Therapist and has been in private practice in Norwich since 2001. She is professionally insured and a full member of the British Autogenic Society (BAS), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She has regular supervision in line with the requirements of these governing bodies and abides by their codes of ethics and professional practice.
Sandra’s clients range from businessmen and women, students, professionals, the elderly, athletes, artists, convalescents, the seriously ill, the disabled and young people. Each person has their own unique problems and stressors, but we tend to respond to stress remarkably similarly. She has also taught clients who are suffering from psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, manic-depression and conversion disorder, usually under GP supervision.
Sandra’s approach is to support the choices that clients make regarding their own health, and to support any treatment that clients may be receiving from their GP or hospital as well as any alternative therapies that clients wish to use.
The Autogenic Technique is something Sandra practises for her own well-being every day.
